As soon as you purchase a course(s), pay and provide proof of payment, you automatically will be enrolled on the course(s) of your choice. No enrolment forms need to be completed.
How do I purchase a Course?
Select the course(s) you want to purchase and "Add to Cart" to add the course to your shopping cart. On the next page that appears, you will notice a green checkout box 
, click on this link and proceed to complete your details (if you have not created an account already). Verify your details and then proceed to the payment section.
How do I Pay?
Payment can be done in a variety of ways. You can pay via EFT, direct payment or via credit card. Once you have completed your payment, fax the proof of payment to 0866950888 or e-mail it to sales@ucertifyonline.com
What security does UCertifyOnline use for Credit Card payments?
UCertifyOnline uses the VCS (Virtual Card System) system to ensure that all transactions processed on our site are secure. With the credit card payment, it allows you to purchase your product either straight or provides you with the flexibility of budget.
What is the VCS system?
Information security is critical to our business. VCS protects the security of information during transmission by using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. The VCS servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring the cardholder and the merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information. The number of employees involved in the management of the VCS data centre that have physical access to the production servers is limited. VCS uses firewalls and other security technology to prevent access by unauthorised persons and against disclosure, alteration or destruction. VCS continually reviews and enhances its security systems in line with technological changes.The merchant is never permitted access to the cardholder’s card details.
VCS is a Reserve Bank Registered System Operator and a Member of Association of System Operators.
Can I purchase a Course on Terms?
Yes you can. Remember though that terms payments do not apply to any promotion or special that is currently running. You will be charged the actual price (not discounted price) and a 30% terms amount (for administrative charges) will be added to the cost of the course. You can purchase over 3 months, 6 months and 12 months terms. The 3 month option is treated as cash payments in that the 30% terms amount does not apply. The 30% terms amount applies to the 6 month and 12 month option. Please note also that the 12 month option is only for 1 year and above courses. To select the payment option, on checkout you will be provided with your payment option whereby you can select your payment option. How does the payment terms work?
The 3 month option is treated as cash and the 30% terms amount is not added. The actual cost (not discounted amount) of the course is divided by 3 and that would equal your monthly instalment over the 3 month period. With the 6 and 12 month option, the 30% terms amount is added to the actual cost of the course (not discounted amount), and the total is then divided by either the 6 or 12 month term amount. Your payment is made on a monthly basis and will allow you additional access to your course(s) until the balance has been paid up. Once the balance has been paid up, you are allowed complete access to your course. If you are still unsure, please contact a sales consultant who would be more than happy to assist you.
Is there an easier way to pay on terms?
There always is. By using your credit card and using our secure VCS (Virtual Card System), you can purchase the course on budget and pay over the period that you specify.
I do not have access to the internet - what do you suggest?
Because our courses are all online, all you need to study is an active internet connection. If you dont have one at home, arrange with your superiors to use the online facilities at work. As another alternative, you could use an internet cafe or even gain access through your local library, who usually do not charge for online access.
Can I study at a Campus?
